• Airbnb listing URL(s) — to analyze your listing and generate your audit report
• Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe (our payment processor). We do not store credit card numbers, CVVs, or full card details on our servers
• Usage data — basic analytics (pages visited, referral source) to improve our service

3. How we use your data

• To generate and deliver your listing audit report
• To process your payment via Stripe
• To send you your report and any related follow-up communications
• To improve our service and analysis quality
• To respond to your support requests

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Period.

4. Payment processing

All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Your payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe's servers using industry-standard encryption. We receive only a transaction confirmation and the last four digits of your card for reference — we never see or store your full payment details.

5. Airbnb data

We analyze publicly available information from your Airbnb listing URL. We do not require or store your Airbnb login credentials. We do not access your Airbnb account, booking data, guest information, or any private Airbnb data. The listing data we analyze (title, description, photos, reviews, pricing) is the same information any visitor to your listing page can see.

6. Data retention

• Audit reports — retained for 12 months so you can re-access them, then automatically deleted
• Email address — retained as long as needed for service delivery and legal obligations
• Payment records — retained as required by applicable tax and accounting laws
• Usage analytics — aggregated and anonymized within 90 days

You can request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 9).

7. Cookies

We use a minimal number of cookies:

• Essential cookies — required for the website to function (session management, payment processing)
• Analytics cookies — to understand how visitors use our site (anonymized, no personal tracking)

We do not use advertising cookies or trackers. We do not participate in ad networks or retargeting programs.
