1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using ListingBoost (“the Service”), operated via listingboost.co, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

ListingBoost provides AI-powered analysis and optimization reports for Airbnb listings. Our service analyzes publicly available listing data (title, description, photos, reviews, pricing) and generates actionable recommendations, rewritten copy, keyword analysis, competitive insights, and prioritized action plans.

3. Nature of reports

Our audit reports are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They represent AI-generated analysis and recommendations based on publicly available data and general best practices for Airbnb listing optimization.

We do not guarantee any specific results, including but not limited to:

Increased bookings or occupancy rates
Higher search ranking on Airbnb
Increased revenue or nightly rates
Improved guest ratings or reviews

Airbnb listing performance depends on many factors outside our control, including location, property quality, pricing strategy, guest experience, market conditions, seasonality, and Airbnb's own algorithm changes.

4. Payment and pricing

All prices are displayed in USD and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required
Payment is processed securely via Stripe at the time of purchase
You agree to pay the price displayed at checkout for your selected report tier
We reserve the right to change prices at any time; changes will not affect orders already placed

5. Refund policy

Due to the digital nature of our product, all sales are final. Reports are generated and delivered immediately upon payment, making them non-refundable.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery of your report (e.g., invalid listing URL, processing error), contact us at contact@listingboost.co and we will either resolve the issue or provide a full refund.

6. Airbnb data and credentials

We do not require, request, or store your Airbnb login credentials. Our service works entirely with publicly available listing information accessible through your listing URL.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Airbnb, Inc. in any way. “Airbnb” is a trademark of Airbnb, Inc. Our service is an independent third-party tool.

7. Intellectual property

Your reports belong to you. Once generated and delivered, the content of your audit report (including rewritten listing copy, recommendations, and analysis) is yours to use as you see fit for your Airbnb listing(s).

The ListingBoost platform, branding, design, underlying technology, and methodology remain our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell our platform, tools, or methodology.

8. User responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide a valid Airbnb listing URL that you own or have authorization to optimize
Provide accurate payment and contact information
Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate our analysis methodology
Not use automated tools to access the Service in bulk without prior agreement

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ListingBoost and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Loss of revenue, bookings, or profits
Loss of data or business interruption
Damages resulting from reliance on report recommendations
Changes to Airbnb's platform, policies, or algorithms

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific report in question.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable.

11. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

12. Changes to these Terms
